Publishing Fees
Open Access provides free and immediate online access to the scholarly literature for anyone in the world to read, distribute and reuse. Articles that are accepted for publication following rigorous peer review incur a publishing fee.

Where the first author of a manuscript is located in one of the following country groups as defined by Research4Life, authors may benefit from a partial or full waiver of the APC:
Group A: a full waiver may be applicable.
Group B: a partial waiver may be applicable.
